Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If an item is found to be faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos along with your order number.
Once the item has been assessed and confirmed as faulty, we will offer a store credit or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
